I have fifteen years of experience working with individuals and families. As a therapist, I provide compassionate support for individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. I also work with children and adolescents, either individually or as part of family sessions. My areas of special focus include relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, strengthening healthy communication, and adjusting to changes in life. Whether you feel stressed, overwhelmed by feelings of sadness, or worried that your relationship is currently in trouble, I will walk with you and help you through the process of change.
I find great joy and meaning in helping my clients gain insight and awareness. I also seek to access their innate strengths, resources, and to further develop their skills and confidence to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
